Desktop layout for a rehearsal with a client

Well, I think everyone has already figured out this windows layout — you can see a client, their slides and your notes in the same time. No switching back and forth. But the secret to success is, of course, not in the layout itself, but in preparing it before the call starts (not during the first minutes).
