Should an employee share all values of a company?1 min read

For example, if they share 4 out of 4, they fit our culture. And if they share only 3 out of 4, then what should we do? Should we hire them or let them go? Amazon has 14 key principles. Fourteen, Karl! And now I would like to quote one of their employees: «My favourite 3 principles«. Just three out of fourteen, Carl! Seems it might be a simple answer to a complicated question. But there is still one more point (sorry if seems like Captain Obvious) — the situation «3 out of 14» works well if an employee is at least neutral towards the other 11 principles. If he is negative towards at least one of the values/principles, it is either a slow ticking bomb, or a possibility for, perhaps, a useful inside disrupt.
