В принципе для краткости можно говорить: «…а не..» или «важнее, чем». Например, «Комфортная атмосфера команды важнее, чем сотрудник-звезда».
Важно, чтобы то, чем жертвуем тоже было для нас значимым. Еще лучше, чтобы это был один из важных пунктов, которые прозвучали на стратсессии. Это сразу дает понять, как принимать решения, если выбор будет между этими двумя. И да, это не означает, что надо обязательно жертвовать. Это просто расставляет приоритеты.
